Note: This feature requires at least one of the following modules licensed at your site:
● Form R Regulatory Reporting
● Tier II Regulatory Reporting
Edit a reporting facility to alter any of its properties, such as the site locations it contains or its facility type data.
To edit a reporting facility:
Starting at the Reporting Facilities page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. In the Action column, click the edit () icon of the reporting facility you want to edit.
The facility's properties are displayed.
2. Do any of the following:
● To change the facility's type: In the Facility Type menu, select the new type.
Note: If you change the facility's type, this also changes the facility type data fields for this facility. If you change the facility's type and save this change, this saves the new facility type's data only. All entries in the formerly selected facility type's data fields are lost.
● To change the facility's name, comments, and/or facility type data: Enter the desired new data in the appropriate fields. (For details on any facility type data field, mouse-over it.)
● To change the site locations included in this facility: Do either or both of the following:
● To add locations to the facility: In the Locations tree, select all desired locations and click Add >>.
● To remove locations from the facility: In the Chosen Locations list, click the remove () icon of each location you want to remove.
The fields below the Comments field change according to the selected facility type.
3. Click Save in the lower right.
Your changes to the facility are saved. Click Done to return to the main Reporting Facilities page.
