Use the procedure below to perform an external search (such as a Google search) from within Comply Plus using a parameterized add-on module. You can differentiate basic and parameterized add-on modules by how they appear:
● Each basic add-on module appears in blue.
● Each parameterized add-on module appears in black with a search field and a Submit button.
Note: This procedure instructs you to perform this operation from the Add-On Modules page, which always shows all add-on modules licensed at your site. However, depending on an add-on module's settings, it may also appear on the SDS Search Center at your site (see SDS Search Center).
To search with a parameterized
add-on module:
Starting at the Add-On Modules page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. Find the parameterized add-on module you want to use to perform a search. In its field, enter your search criterion.
2. Click the Submit button next to the field.
